TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE BOOKING

PAYING FOR BOOKINGS
Payment for bookings will only be taken at your appointment.

BOOKING TIMES
Please turn up in plenty time for your appointment to ensure that you can receive a full session of treatment.

CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING / CHECKING IN
All online bookings are confirmed by the issuing of a booking confirmation direct to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email please contact Synergy Reflexology as soon as possible.

CANCELLATION OF SESSIONS
If you are unable to attend a booked session, we will transfer your booking if we receive prior notice. In the interests of fairness to others, we would ask that you give us as much notice as possible should you need to cancel.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR THE SHOP

SHIPPING POLICY

All items ordered before 14.00 Monday – Friday will be dispatched that day. Any orders placed after 14.00 will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
Items will be shipped by Royal Mail first class post unless otherwise stated. The estimated delivery of such items is up to 2 working days. If you have not received your item when expected, Please contact Synergy Reflexology as soon as possible. All gift packs will be posted using Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery and will require a signature on delivery.

FREE LOCAL COLLECTION

Free local collection is available – please contact Synergy Reflexology on 07729 794148 to arrange a time.

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your card provider to see if the refund is being processed.
If your card provider has no record of any refunded payment being processed onto your account, please contact Synergy Reflexology as soon as possible by either email Laura@synergyreflexology.co.uk or by phone 07729 794148.
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged item, please contact Synergy Reflexology as soon as possible by either phone 07729 794148 or email Laura@synergyreflexology.co.uk and send your item to: Unit 7 Meridian House, Road One , Winsford, CHW, CW7 3QG, United Kingdom.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

RETURN SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Unit 7 Meridian House, Road One , Winsford, CHW, CW7 3QG, United Kingdom.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning an item that is defective or damaged, Synergy reflexology will refund the postage cost incurred by you to return the item. Please contact Synergy Reflexology before sending back any damaged item(s).

 

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR WORKSHOPS/COURSES/EVENTS

 

CANCELLATIONS BY DELEGATES

To cancel a place on a Synergy Reflexology courses, notice of cancellation must be given by email to Laura@synergyreflexology.co.uk

  • If you cancel at least 10 days prior to the start of the course you will receive a full refund minus a 10% administration fee.
  • If you cancel 10 days before the event no refund will be made.

CANCELLATIONS & COURSE CHANGES BY SYNERGY REFLEXOLOGY

Synergy Reflexology courses are constantly updated and while we endeavour to deliver the courses as advertised there may inevitably be occasions where we have to change content without prior notice or, in exceptional circumstances, to cancel an event.

In the case of a course cancellation, delegates will be offered a full refund.
